Employment
We are seeking another team member to be part of our growing program. 3-4 days per week. Pay based on experience.

Successful applicants must be willing to spend all day outside whatever the weather. They will have a strong connection and love of the Natural World.

They feel confident mentoring students in a wide range of subjects. In particular we are looking to cover subject areas like math, science, music and bushcraft. However someone who is excited about many different interests is preferred over one particular area of study. We are looking for a renaissance person, rather than a specialist.

Previous experience in alternative education is desirable but not essential. As long as the individual  has the patience and curiosity to let the children discover their own independent studies. We approach learning from the inside out, emergent curriculum rather than a predetermined curriculum. A sense of adventure and play necessary.
